A seasoned Fixed Income Operations professional is sought by a prestigious City institution to join it`s Process Management team.The Process Management team consists of four main teams, namely, Agent Matching, Instructions, ODC & Inventory Management.

The group covers the settlement process for all markets supporting the Stock Loan Financing group. The group has approx 15 members of staff in London & Singapore who are responsible for settlement, reconciliations and client service duties on a daily basis with regular interaction with Stock Loan Traders, as well as internal departments such as Product Control.

Daily performance of bonds balance sheet and P&L substantiation for Fixed Income Prime Brokerage process, investigations, accounting adjustments and distribution of exceptions. Exception management and resolution of Nostro/Depot breaks arising from FIPB process Regular communication with client reporting group , controlling and other operation teams on FIPB exceptions Creation and distribution of Management information statistics around FIPB process Performance of root cause analysis of exceptions and specification of permanent resolutions for identified issues using Six Sigma approach Investigation and resolution of accounting differences for month end account substantiations on FIPB process

Ideally a candidate with strong Transaction Services background especially around Fixed Income Prime Brokerage in an operations environment. Risk awareness. Knowledge of Fixed Income Prime Brokerage product. Good communicative skills. The ability to adhere to tight deadlines and controls. Proven experience in an investment banking or broker/dealer environment.
